Third parties
A hosting provider located in Switzerland hosts my websites.
WordPress provides the tools to create and maintain my websites.
www.app-artisan.com uses the Singl theme.
www.be-do-app.com uses the Neve theme.
Apple provides the APIs, as well as the development and analytics tools i use to create and maintain my apps/services. Additionally i may use a few licensed software modules that i specify in the about screens of my apps/services.
I have no relationships with advertising partners, with the exception of Apple, exclusively for my own advertising in the App Store.

Ownership of apps/services
I am the owner of the provided apps/services with all related features, software, source code, logos, images, artwork, descriptions and other original content.
In addition i may use APIs, tools, software, services, logos, trademarks, images, content and other items that are owned and made available by third parties.
Use of apps/services
I give you the right to use the apps/services under these terms of use for your personal use. But you are not allowed to transfer this right to others, or to copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of my apps/services and related software or content.
You are required to make proper use of my apps/services. In particular this means that your use and content conforms to law.
Payment policy
Be-Do requires a subscription and provides a free trial.
My apps/services that require a subscription provide a purchase screen which specifies the prices and periods of subscription. The chosen price/period will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
A subscription gives you the right to use an app/service as it was in the moment of the purchase and as it changes over its lifecycle as described below. New features may be added for free, but i reserve the right to offer some new features in the form of an additional service or in-app-article for a one-time or subscription price.
Apps/services that provide a free trial require the purchase of a subscription. The purchase screen specifies how long the free trial period lasts. Every user can consume exactly one trial period. The price for the subscription will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the trial period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period.
I reserve the right to change subscription plans, trial offers and prices at any time. Such changes will take effect at the next purchase or subscription renewal.
Changes to terms of use and privacy policy
From time to time i may change these terms of use, as well as my privacy policy, with or without notice. You are advised to check this site regularly to keep being informed. If you disagree with the changes you need to stop using the apps/services. By continuing to use the apps/services you agree to the changes.
Changes to my apps/services
I may add, change or remove functions and features during the lifecycle of the apps/services, with the purpose of improving functionality and adapting to changes in use or in circumstances given by third parties or law. Changes are distributed in the form of updates, which may be downloaded and installed automatically on your device, depending on your device settings. Certain updates will be mandatory to operate the apps/services on new device models or with new releases of operating systems.
Termination
You may stop using my apps/services anytime respecting these terms of use, in particular the payment policy. If you use my apps/services improperly i may terminate them to you. I may terminate and shutdown my apps/services anytime after a 1 year notice period.
Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
My apps/services are provided “as is”, without any type of warranty and with the broadest limitations of liability permitted by law. Under no circumstances and under no legal theory i can be made responsible for losses of profits, revenues, data, finances or any other type, and damages of indirect, incidental, consequential or any other nature. I also can not be made responsible for losses or damages deriving from APIs, software, services, content and any other item i use, that is owned and made available by third parties.
You use my apps/services at your sole risk. I do not guarantee that my apps/services will be free of errors, that they will be available without interruption, that they will meet any of your requirements or that related information i give on my websites and in the apps/services are complete, accurate and error-free.
